Construction: an ERP connection that became our reference architecture
Challenge: A regional contractor ran job cost, equipment and accounting in Trimble Viewpoint Vista. Getting answers meant running reports and exporting to spreadsheets.
What we built: An MCP server that lets Claude query Vista with scoped, least-privilege access, plus a fleet and equipment dashboard and bid assembly tooling built on the same connection. This is the pattern we now use for other ERP integrations.
Outcome: Job cost, equipment and accounting answers come straight from Vista instead of a report run and a spreadsheet export.
Manufacturing: automated EU Declarations of Conformity
Challenge: An industrial manufacturer needed accurate EU Declarations of Conformity for many products and serial numbers, in multiple languages, drawn from product data that lived in a PIM.
What we built: A progressive web app that generates Declarations of Conformity from a QR code or serial lookup, pulls product data through a PIM integration (Salsify-class), produces multilingual versions, and includes an admin and audit layer.
Outcome: A multilingual Declaration of Conformity is generated from a QR scan or serial lookup, using product data straight from the PIM.
Financial services: an ESOP scenario-modeling platform
What we built: A scenario-modeling platform for an ESOP advisory firm that lets advisors build and compare ESOP scenarios in one place.
