Your data lives in six systems and a pickup truck
A contractor's day doesn't run through one clean database. The estimate lives in a spreadsheet and a takeoff tool. Sub bids come in through BuildingConnected, email and phone calls the night before bid day. Job cost sits in Vista. Daily reports and RFIs sit in Procore. Equipment hours come off telematics, if anyone checks. And the field still sends a photo of a ticket that someone in the office keys in by hand.
Generic AI tools don't know any of that. They don't know what a scope of work should exclude, why a change order needs a cost code, or what happens when a SWPPP inspection gets missed after a half-inch of rain. We do. Construction is where Dialogica started, and it's still the work we know best.
- Thin margins, so a missed scope gap on bid day costs real money
- Field and office run on different clocks and different tools
- ERPs like Vista hold the truth but are hard to get answers out of
- Compliance paperwork follows every job, in every state you work
- Some project data, especially federal work, can't go to a hosted AI service
Six places AI earns its keep at a construction company
Preconstruction & Estimating
Bid assembly, sub bid leveling, scope review against the ITB, and takeoff support, so your estimators spend bid day on judgment calls instead of copy and paste.
Field & Equipment Intelligence
One view of fleet utilization, idle time, hours and service intervals, plus daily reports your superintendents don't have to retype.
ERP & Back-Office Automation
Stop keying field tickets and vendor invoices by hand. AP capture, job cost coding and plain-English answers from Vista, NetSuite and Procore.
Business Development
Agents that watch permits, ITBs and approved projects, find the owner and the right contact, and hand your team a call list with intro emails already drafted.
Compliance & Inspections
Know which inspections are due, where and why. Stormwater rules by state, rain-triggered scheduling and one field capture that feeds both the compliance log and the invoice.
Private AI for Government Work
Self-hosted models for project data that can't leave your control, so federal and government jobs get the same tools as the rest of your work.
Vista, the fleet and bid day, connected for a regional contractor
For a regional contractor, we built an MCP server that connects Claude to Trimble Viewpoint Vista. Staff can ask plain-English questions of Vista data, inside permissions we scoped before anything was connected. On top of that same connection we built a fleet and equipment dashboard and bid assembly tooling for the estimating team.
It's the pattern we reuse: one controlled connection to the system of record, then tools for the people who need answers from it.
- MCP server connecting Claude to Vista, scoped to what the AI can and cannot read
- Fleet and equipment dashboard built on the same data connection
- Bid assembly tooling for the estimating team
- Job cost questions get answered straight from Vista instead of through a report request
A software team that speaks contractor
Dialogica is part of the Claude Partner Network, and our team holds Anthropic's Claude Certified Architect – Foundations certification.
We start with the work, not the model
We sit with your estimators, PMs, AP clerks and equipment managers before we write code. Discovery ends with a Findings & Opportunity Report that ranks use cases by dollar impact, not by how interesting they are.
We connect to what you already run
Vista, Procore, BuildingConnected, Bluebeam, NetSuite, Microsoft 365. We build on your systems and keep your data in your own tenant wherever we can. We don't ask you to switch ERPs.
We stay after go-live
Fixed-fee build phases with deliverables spelled out and change orders in writing. After launch, an optional monthly retainer covers monitoring, tuning, user support and new use cases, so the tools keep up when Vista gets updated or a telematics feed changes.
