Why we build on Claude
For most business workflows we build on Claude. It handles long documents well, such as specs, contracts, submittals and regulatory filings, and it follows detailed instructions consistently. Its enterprise plans give companies the administrative controls they need, and under Anthropic's commercial terms they don't train models on your business data.
The Model Context Protocol, which Anthropic introduced, gives us a standard way to connect Claude to ERPs, CRMs and document stores with scoped access.
We use the right model for the data
Some data can't go to a hosted model, no matter whose. For government, federal and other sensitive work, we deploy self-hosted and open-weight models on infrastructure you control. We'll recommend that path when it's the right one, even though it isn't Claude.
