The data exists. Nobody has time to put it together.
Your machines report hours, idle time and location. Your ERP has equipment cost, rates and service history. Your superintendents know which dozer has been parked on a job for two weeks. None of it lines up in one place, so the equipment manager builds a spreadsheet every Monday, and the question "should we rent or move one from another job?" gets answered by phone.
On the field side, superintendents write daily reports at the end of a long day, often from memory, and the same crew counts and weather notes get typed again into Procore, a timecard and an email to the PM.
- Telematics, ERP equipment records and job cost don't talk to each other
- Idle machines on one job while another job rents the same class
- Service intervals tracked in someone's head or a whiteboard
- Daily reports retyped into more than one system
Tools for the yard and the field
Fleet and equipment dashboard
Utilization, idle time, hours and location by machine, job and class, next to the cost and rate data in your ERP. Built for the equipment manager's Monday meeting.
Plain-English equipment questions
"Which excavators were under 40% utilized last month?" "What's due for service in the next 100 hours?" Answers come from your data with the source shown.
Daily report assistant
Superintendents talk or type their notes. The tool drafts the daily report in your format, with crew, equipment, weather, work performed and delays, for them to review and submit.
Field-to-office handoffs
Photos, tickets and notes from the field routed to the right record: a delay to the PM, a damaged machine to the shop, a quantity to the pay app backup.
From scattered reports to one view
Step 1: Inventory your data
We list where equipment and field data lives today: telematics portals, ERP equipment modules, Procore, spreadsheets, whiteboards.
Step 2: Connect with scoped access
We set up read access to each source, scoped to the fields the tools need. Your data stays in your accounts wherever possible.
Step 3: Build the views people use
We build the dashboard and field tools around the meetings and decisions that already happen: the Monday equipment review, the end-of-day report, the rent-or-move call.
Step 4: Operate and extend
We monitor the data feeds, fix breaks when a telematics provider changes something, and add new views as your team asks for them.
Works with your field and fleet systems
- Trimble Viewpoint Vista (equipment and job cost)
- Procore (daily logs, photos, observations)
- Telematics data from your equipment and fleet providers
- Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
- Google Workspace
A fleet dashboard built on a Vista connection
For a regional contractor, we built an MCP server connecting Claude to their Vista ERP, then built a fleet and equipment dashboard on the same connection. One scoped connection to the ERP serves both the dashboard and plain-English questions.
- Fleet and equipment dashboard for a regional contractor
- Built on the same scoped Vista connection as their bid tools
Common questions
We run mixed fleets from several manufacturers. Does that work?
That's the normal case. We pull from each source you have access to and put it in one view. Where a source has no data feed, we'll tell you in discovery rather than after the build.
Will superintendents use a daily report tool?
Only if it's faster than what they do now. That's why we build to your report format and test it with your supers before rollout. If it isn't saving them time, we change it.
Does this replace our telematics portal?
No. The portal stays. We pull its data next to your ERP data so you can make decisions without opening four tabs.
