Dialogica is a focused boutique SaaS & AI consultancy and implementer in the Southeast — a right-sized alternative to national firms, organized around deep vertical expertise rather than generalist bench staffing.
Our goal is to pair Fortune 1000-caliber engineering and management-consulting pedigree with the speed, accountability, and relationships of a boutique firm, anchored by a dedicated Practice Leader over each industry vertical we serve.
We started in 2024 because the companies we knew best — contractors first — were being sold AI that didn't connect to anything they used. Their data sat in Vista, Procore, spreadsheets, and email. We've since applied the same approach to manufacturing, financial services, insurance, and life science.

Cross-industry experience spanning logistics, heavy civil, finance, agriculture, reinsurance, rental and leasing, classroom technology, robotics, and manufacturing automation.
15-year career at publicly traded agriculture and life science corporations. Leads AI engineering delivery and brings deep life science domain expertise to the firm's AI implementation practice. Experience spanning regulated data environments, quality systems, and complex enterprise integrations.
30 years of experience in construction and heavy civil earthwork. Provides strategic counsel and governance oversight as the firm scales its vertical practice model. His construction industry depth informs how Dialogica approaches systems and relationships in the field.
