Claude Enterprise Implementation

Licenses are easy. Daily use is the work.

We roll out Claude Enterprise so each department starts with setups built for its job, connected to the documents and systems it already uses, with training and adoption tracking that show you who's getting value.

Who it's for

Companies rolling out AI to more than a handful of people, and leaders who need to show the spend is working.

  • You've bought or are about to buy Claude Enterprise seats
  • Usage is concentrated in a few enthusiasts while most of the team hasn't started
  • Department heads keep asking "what am I supposed to use this for?"
  • IT or compliance needs a clear answer on what's connected and who can see what

Dialogica is part of the Claude Partner Network, and our team holds Anthropic's Claude Certified Architect – Foundations certification.

What you get

  • Rollout plan

Who gets access, in what order, and what each group should be doing in its first 30 days. Pilot groups first, then department by department.

  • Role-based profiles and projects

Setups built for specific jobs: estimating, AP, project management, underwriting support, quality. Each comes with the reference documents, instructions and example prompts that role needs.

  • Connectors

Connections to your document and business systems, such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or your CRM, scoped so people only reach what they already have permission to see.

  • Training by department

Short, working sessions built on each team's real documents and tasks. Not a generic tour of features.

  • Adoption tracking

Department-level usage reporting so you can see which teams are using it, which aren't, and where to focus next.

  • Governance

Written usage guidelines, admin settings, access rules and a clear owner for each connector. Built with your IT and compliance leads.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Plan

We meet with department heads and IT to pick pilot groups, define roles and agree on governance rules and which connectors to turn on first.

  2. Step 2: Configure

We set up the workspace, build role-based profiles and projects, and connect approved systems with the right permissions.

  3. Step 3: Train and launch

Pilot groups go first. We train them on their own work, collect feedback, adjust, then roll out to the next departments.

  4. Step 4: Measure

We report adoption by department and identify the teams and tasks that need more help or a deeper integration.

Frequently asked questions

Can't we just turn it on ourselves?

You can. Most companies that do see a few heavy users and a lot of idle seats. The setup work, role design and training are what move usage past the enthusiasts.

Does our data get used to train models?

Enterprise plans from Anthropic don't train models on your business data under their commercial terms. We'll walk your team through the specific terms of your plan and the admin settings that apply.

We're a regulated firm. Can you still help?

Yes. We've planned a compliance-aware deployment for a registered investment adviser. That means deciding up front what gets connected, what gets retained and who reviews what. Your compliance team makes the final calls.
