Who it's for
Companies that have AI tools, integrations or agents in production and don't want to hire a full internal team to run them.
- You've launched a build with us and want it maintained
- Your ERP or CRM vendor pushes updates that could break an integration
- Users have questions and requests and no one internal owns them
- You have a backlog of next use cases and want a steady way to work through it
What you get
Monitoring
We watch integrations, agents and usage for errors, failed connections and drops in quality, and fix issues before they pile up.
Tuning
We adjust prompts, instructions, retrieval and permissions as your data, documents and systems change.
New use cases
Each month, part of the retainer goes to the next item on your list: a new connector, a new role profile or a new agent task.
User support
A named contact your team can reach with questions, problems and requests.
How it works
Step 1: Agree on scope
We define what's covered: which systems, which users, response expectations and how new work gets prioritized.
Step 2: Monthly operations
Monitoring, tuning and support run continuously in the background.
Step 3: Monthly review
A short review with your lead: what broke, what we fixed, adoption by department and what's next.
Step 4: Build the backlog
New use cases are scoped and delivered within the retainer, or as a separate fixed-fee build if they're large.
Where it fits
Managed AI Services is the Operate phase of Discover → Build → Operate.
Frequently asked questions
Can you manage AI systems someone else built?
Sometimes. We'd start with a review of what's running, how it's built and how it's documented, then tell you whether we can support it or whether parts need rework first.
Is there a long-term commitment?
Terms are set in each engagement agreement. We'd rather keep clients because the work is useful than because a contract says so.
What if we need something big mid-month?
Small requests fit inside the retainer. Larger work gets scoped as a separate fixed-fee build with its own deliverables, so the retainer doesn't turn into an open-ended bill.
