Prototypes & Demos

Working prototypes, not slide decks

Before you fund a build, see one working. A prototype puts real screens and real rules in front of your team, which settles questions faster than a requirements document.

A prototype is a question you can click on

Requirements documents hide disagreements. A prototype surfaces them. When a superintendent, a project manager and a controller look at the same screen, they find out fast whether they agree on how an inspection turns into an invoice.

Our prototypes are built to be questioned. In the obligation engine prototype for an erosion-control contractor, every rule and calculation we weren't sure about carried a visible "assumption pin" on screen. Each pin stated what we'd assumed, such as how a state's rain-event threshold triggers an inspection, and asked the client to confirm or correct it. The prototype became the discovery interview.
